Vendor Applications Are Open For 2027 UllrGrass
We're a three-day winter music and beer festival in downtown Golden, named for Ullr, the Norse god of winter. Thirteen years running. Around 3,000 people across the weekend, most of them within twenty feet of your booth, all of them outside in January because they want to be.
If you've worked the big summer festivals and driven home wondering whether anyone actually saw your work — this is the other thing. Small town, short walk, one main park. People stop.

Who We're Looking For
Artisans and Makers
Handmade goods, original art, fiber and woodwork, jewelry, ceramics, prints, gear built for actual Colorado winter. We give preference to people who made the thing themselves.
Winter festivals are rare and outdoor winter festivals rarer still, which means our crowd shows up dressed for it and in a buying mood. Wool, hats, mittens, blankets, warm and beautiful objects — these move.
Food and Beverage
Hot food does extremely well here. So does anything with a cup around it. Beverage vendors need approval from our vendor manager so offerings don't stack up.
Corporate and Brand Booths
We host a limited number of corporate and brand activation booths each year — outdoor gear, breweries, local businesses, and companies who want a Front Range audience somewhere other than a trade show floor.
A booth includes pre-event promotion, onsite signage, and sampling rights across all three days. If you're planning a Colorado activation for early 2027, reach out early. These spots are limited and we place them deliberately.
Who Comes to UllrGrass
Attendance runs 500 to 3,000 per day depending on the day and the weather.
Friday: 500–800
Saturday: around 2,500 — our biggest day, and the day of the Beer Festival
Sunday: 500–1,000, Family Day
Most attendees come from Colorado, with regulars driving in from Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Kansas. A few devoted people fly in from both coasts.
Our crowd skews 18–44, roughly even across gender, environmentally minded, and early to new music, ideas, and gear. They're also a crowd that talks — UllrGrass reaches 5,100+ followers on Facebook and 2,000 on Instagram, and we promote vendors ahead of the weekend.
Booth Space and What We Provide
Each booth is a single-story 10' × 10' space with ten feet open to the crowd, plus a prep area directly behind it. Prep area size varies by location — the park's layout isn't uniform. Need more room? Arrange it in advance with the vendor manager; it may change your booth fee.
Returning vendors can request a spot, though we can't guarantee it. At load-in, our Vendor Director will walk you to your space, assigned based on grounds layout, history with the festival, and any special setup needs.
There's no power in the park. Bring your own lighting, heat, and charging. Generators are welcome if they're quiet.
What You Need to Bring
You're responsible for building, furnishing, lighting, staffing, and striking your own booth, and for hauling out your leftovers and trash.
Bring:
Your own tables, chairs, and tent
Weights to secure your tent — no stakes are permitted in Parfet Park
A booth with three sides and a roof that will hold up to wind, rain, and snow
A 5 lb. fire extinguisher
Tie-downs for any propane tanks
Flooring, ideally wood — Colorado weather turns ground to mud fast and we've watched vendors lose inventory to it
Be ready for any weather. The show goes on in rain, snow, wind, or sun.

Booths need to be in place before Friday's gates open and standing until the end of Sunday. Beyond that, when you're open for business is your call — set your hours around your staffing and the crowd flow.
Product Restrictions
A few firm rules, most from the City of Golden or our liquor license:
No alcohol or marijuana products.
No glass containers, styrofoam, breakable plastic, carry-in alcohol, or weapons on festival grounds. Adjust your product line accordingly.
Beverages require vendor manager approval so we don't stack up on the same offerings.
If you sell anything glass or breakable, supply packing materials — boxes, bubble wrap — so customers can get it out of the park intact.
Please skip plastic bags, or reuse them. Our crowd notices.
Sell only what's on your application. Adding items needs our written okay.
Nothing branded UllrGrass. We license our name in specific cases, but we protect the trade name closely, and we'd hate for you to end up with a garage full of inventory you can't sell.

How much does a booth cost?
We're finalizing 2027 booth fees now and will post them here by Oct 1st. Email UllrGrassVending@gmail.com and we'll send you the rate sheet as soon as it's ready, before we announce it publicly.
When is the application deadline?
Vendor space is first come, first served, but the final deadline is usually about the end of November. We are finalizing the 2027 plan, and we'll post it here by October 1st. Email UllrGrassVending@gmail.com, and we will send you the final packet as soon as it's ready.
Do I have to be there all three days?
Booths need to be in place Friday before gates and stay up through Sunday. Your open hours within that window are up to you.
Is there electricity?
No. Bring your own power, light, and heat. Quiet generators are fine. No open flame propane heaters allowed in tents.
What happens if it snows?
The festival goes on rain or snow. We're named after the Norse god of winter so that's part of the fun.
Can I request the same spot as last year?
Please feel free to ask. We'll do our best to accommodate but can't guarantee a specific space. We d take into account past vendor loyalty and early submissions
Do you accept corporate or brand activation booths?
